Excellent produit. Lors de l'installation sur du béton. il est important de prendre une mêche de 12 mm car c'est un produit européen. Le guide d'installation indique que l'on peut aussi utiliser une mêche de 7/16 po qui est de diamêtre inférieur à 12mm.; il est alors très difficile, voir impossible d'insérer la cheville de métal.

Awesome hose reel but tired of receiving used items

For the second time this month. Amazon has sent us a product that was used. There is a piece missing. And there is a stripped bolt as somebody already had it put together. There was mud on the hose when retracted. The hose reel itself works very good.

Had a few issues with it, but support was very quick

I purchased this two years ago. Had a few issues with it. The hose doesn't retract smoothly—it frequently gets stuck or won't stop when needed. It has been installed inside the garage, so there's no exposure to sunlight or harsh weather. Additionally, usage has been minimal—only a few times per month during the warm season. Despite these conditions, the reel has developed an internal leak. I'm unsure where exactly the leak originates, but water begins leaking internally as soon as the reel is connected to the water supply. Contacted support. They were very helpful and sent a replacement unit.
