Honestly not sure, I wish the battery life was longer, it does not do a great job up the sides and it definitely does not do my stairs.I will give it another week and if it’s not living up to my expectations I will return it.So far not impressed!

Have grave concerns over the quality. No issues with this seller; prompt arrival, well packaged.Plugged item in, let charge until fully charged. Set up app on my mobile device...all good so far. It does take a good 3 -4 hours to charge. Went to turn it on and use it...NOTHING. Would not turn on, and after 10-15 mins of continued attempts. it had to be re-charged. I am going back to corded options...now fully convinced they are the better choice...and not going with this brand.
