the size of this fan means it's only got a small area of air flow, but for what it is, it's still helpful for outdoors or indoor personal use.charging is easy and it is fairly portable, so if you think you'd carry one around and make use of it, it's a valid buy. though I would check similar products and pricing, they aren't too different and this one is a bit on the pricey side currently at more than 30 dollars.

I was looking for a misting fan to be ready for a summer trip to Asia, and I got this Portable Misting Fan because I especially liked the misting function. The fan is compact and easy to carry, and the digital display and adjustable speeds make it feel high-tech and customizable for different situations. I ordered this fan for the coming summer to keep cool in the car and while hiking. This is an awesome fan. It's ergonomic, fairly small, and looks great. It's well made. The plastic is hard. The buttons are a stiff click. The water is easy to refill, just pull the tank out the bottom like a clip. I love the LED when the misting function is on. The misting function is quiet and it truly does mist. This is great for hikes and feels like a portable air conditioner. The fan can be adjusted in micro increments digitally and I like the digital display for it. The water tank lasts about an hour of continuous use.

So the fan blows a lot of air for its size while remaining relatively quiet. The mister also works okay, although if you use the mister in combination with the fan the mist just dissipates immediately which sort of defeats the purpose. I’m just not sure of the use cases for this thing. Indoors it blows air well as long as you are close. Outside, if there is any breeze already, that feeling is diminished greatly. And if it’s really hot the misting doesn’t really feel like anything, it’s almost like the misting is so fine it heats up when exiting the unit. So it does work, and does what it is supposed to do, but I found it was only noticeable at lower heat conditions anyway which defeated the purpose entirely.
